• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I am a one woman show, so I ask you to please be patient with me
  Orders typically ship in 6-8 weeks, and once shipped it takes 1-3 business days to be delivered to you. Storenvy sends automatic emails with tracking information. All my packages are insured so any problems with packages that are shipped you can contact your local post office, give them the tracking information and they will be able to give you more information
  Once I ship the order the package is out of my hands
  I do not control the USPS and cant make them ship faster, or if they loose the package it is still unfortunately out of my hands
  That is a claim that needs to be taken up with USPS

• Hows does sizing work?

  For Tops the listings automatically come as open back tops which mean it will tie in the back and will fit the general size you choose (SM-3XLG), but if you want buttons( which only 2-3 will be added) then I would need your bust and waist measurements-not bra size

  For skirts the listing automatically comes as an elastic skirt 18 inches in length that will fit a waist measurement
  Small fits a waist of 24-29
  Medium fits waist of 30-35
  Large fits waist of 36-41
  XLarge fits waist of 42-47
  2XLarge fits waist of 48-53
  3XLarge fits waist of 54-59

  For other bottoms such as biker shorts, lounge shorts, and cotton shorts

  If you would like a custom waist zipper for skirts please put your waist measurement in inches in the note section before purchasing-also if you would like long I would need the specific length in inches

• I would like to cancel my order

  Orders containing handmade or custom items will not be cancelled or refunded prior to shipping under any circumstances. Whether it’s during week one or week eight of your order, I am unable to cancel because your fabric has been ordered, cut, and set aside making unavailable to other customers. Because most items are custom made and cut to your size I cannot reuse the fabric.

• Do you make plus sizes?

  Of course!
  All i need would be your size according to my measurements and I can make your size for the skirt and for the top all I would need is your bust and waist measurements in inches not bra size

• How can I get a refund?

  If USPS looses your package, Im sorry but I DO NOT issue refunds
  If your order if stolen, Im sorry but I DO NO offer refunds

  Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your items and tell me what is the issue
  Please also send pictures
  If there are holes or ripped seams I can definitely exchange or another item or refund completely once the item is sent back

  What doesn’t count as a flaw and will not be refunded:
  -doesn’t fit the way you expected (even though I can try to offer suggestions or even exchange for a different size but not a refund)
  -un even bands (this is about bralettes. Sometimes I dont have enough fabric so I have to put pieces together to make a whole band and that may result in the print being un matched-but this doesn’t mean it’s a flaw)
  -you received your order and changed your mind and want a refund
  -you received your mystery items and dont like any of them
  -you ordered the wrong size (for whatever reason you over shot or undershot the size of your item..I am willing to do an exchange but not a refund)
  If the item was a custom size I DO NOT issue a refund. I can offer an exchange but not a refund

• Mystery Packages

  I often have mystery package options for people who are indecisive and just don’t know what to get from my shop
  Sometimes you will receive items from my shop, sometimes you will receive no items from my shop but either way all the items I make are super cute and I really hope you enjoy them
  I unfortunately do not accept any returns or exchanges on mystery packages
  So they are sort of a risk, but totally worth it because you might end up with one of a kind items

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! When you check out you can see the shipping for your country. If you have any questions about shilling feel free to email me
