XSmall fits hip 31-32.5
Small fits hip 35-37
Medium fits hip 39-41
Large fits hip 43-45
XLarge fits hip 47-49
2XLarge fits hip 51-53
3XLarge fits hip 55-57
These are loose fit. If for whatever reason you would like a smaller fit, order a smaller size.
Im personally a 42 in hip and the medium fit fine and was still loose and comfortable
